How can TB&S Building Services help? ....
Step 1.
We will meet you at your property to discuss your works.
If required, we can give advice on how to achieve the maximum potential from your property.
We will give advice on planning issues, soil tests and septic tanks.

Step 2.
If there are any planning problems these will need to be dealt with as soon as possible. If required we can do this for you.
Step 3.
We will meet the tradesmen relevant to your work at your property to discuss your requirements. We'll let you know how each meeting has gone and discuss with you any suggestions or queries that the Artisans may have had.
We are always open to the ideas of the local Artisans as we know that each area of France has different ways of doing things. From these meetings we will be able to formulate a total price for the work that you have requested.
Step 4.
Once the cost of your project has been agreed you will be asked to sign a copy of our estimate.
Step 5. - Work begins ...
As works progress we will send you regular progress reports and photos. If there are any delays we will let you know.
We understand the frustrations when you are in England not knowing what is happening on your property in France.
If an Artisan has any queries we will be their contact point and we'll be your single point of contact for your questions & queries.
Basically - we are here to look after you.
